Back in the old KBC days we had something called "Speed test" which was solving Baduk problems as quick as possible. At first we would get 2 pages with 24 problems each about corner shapes to solve in 5 minutes. Then the time would decrease to 3 or 2 minutes. Later we would also get carpenters square positions, also other shapes and more problems in the same time. Basically hardwiring all those problems was the goal and deciding our grades at KBC.
Reviewing material is good for strength and sharing the problems is good for your strength so try some (black to play):

Well I'm a lowly 8k, but white looks unconditionally alive in the top right.
White has a generous amount of outside liberties, 1-2 and 2-2 points, and a large amount of space.
